MEMBERSHIP HOLD FORM

1. Hold Option: As outlined in your membership agreement, you may place your membership on hold for any reason. We understand things come up, and we are here to help.

2. Hold Request Deadline: Request to place a membership on hold must be submitted at least 5 business days before your next scheduled payment. Requests received after this deadline cannot be processed until after the upcoming payment has been charged. All memberships payments are non-refundable.

3. Reactivation & Cancellation: Your membership will automatically reactivate at the end of your selected hold period, and regular payments will resume. If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, the standard 30-day cancellation notice outlined in your membership agreement will still apply. Placing your membership on hold does not void, pause, or extend the required 30-day cancellation period.
